Senior Clinical Psychologist

My interest in observing and understanding nature drew me to study psychology, I have been working as a psychologist since 2015 in different roles. From training at the University of Peshawar, performing my duties as a clinical psychologist at Lady Reading Hospital in a multidisciplinary team, and working as a psychotherapist at the Center for Psychotherapy and Psychiatry under supervision, I have had the opportunity to learn from the best in mental health serving in our region. As a psychotherapist, my approach involves making a unique plan in collaboration with each individual, addressing their priority needs, values, and obstacles they face, allowing them to have a better understanding and experience in different parts of life. I incorporate techniques from different theoretical backgrounds like humanistic, existential, mindfulness, insight-oriented, and behavioral Psychology.
