Professional Background
Ms. Mamuna Fuad is a graduate of the Department of Psychology, University of Peshawar. She completed her Masters of Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where she was introduced to Mindfulness-Based and Jungian based Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy. Her training included working with patients with severe physical pain accompanied by emotional trauma and working with patients with disabilities of various sorts.
Currently in addition to her administrative role at the Center for Psychotherapy and Psychiatry, she provides care to selected patients who suffer from complex issues. Her preferred mode of therapy includes Jungian Psychoanalytic model-based psychotherapeutic technique, Mindfulness Based Therapies, Dream Analysis, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
She is also a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Management. She is involved in supervising and advising on the development of the education program and operations of CPP.
